The renovation of 55 Grant Avenue was a complete overhaul of the building's lobby and a full-scale facade replacement for the flagship store of the international brand TUMI. The project transformed a dated 1970s tile facade into a modern, high-performance aluminum and glass curtain wall. A significant structural upgrade was undertaken, including the addition of a new concrete shear wall and steel collector beams, to support the new building skin. The lobby was also completely reimagined, featuring a striking backlit art glass installation to create a signature entryway.
